AMBASSADORS
Projects Include: New member orientation. Ribbon Cuttings.

BUDGET - FINANCE
Prepares annual budget, approves major fiscal expenditures, works with membership committee to secure adequate chamber financing.

BUSINESS PROMOTION
Creates, develops and implements programs to produce a better business climate.
Projects Include: "Business After Hours" mixers. Quarterly Business Breakfasts.

BY-LAWS
Periodically reviews by-laws and advises board of directors of any necessary changes.

COMMUNITY PROJECTS
Generates a favorable business-resident climate.
Projects Include: Founder's Day. GALA Fireworks.

CRIME PREVENTION
Develops programs to assist chamber members and the community in combating local crime.

ECONOMIC PROFILE
Updates Economic Profile Report.

EDUCATION
Works with the school district and PTA in finding and honoring the "Teacher of the Year".

GOVERNMENTAL AFFAIRS
Keeps informed of legislation and action on all levels of government. Recommends appropriate action to board of directors.

HEALTH
Events include: "Annual Health Fair" held in conjunction with Founder's Day.

MEMBERSHIP
Conducts continual membership effort to increase strength and financial stability of the chamber.

TRANSPORTATION AND LAND USE
Works to eliminate any problems affecting Carmichael's transportation facilities, keeps abreast of all planning that affects the community and recommends appropriate action to the board of directors.
