2023 Honorary Mayor Kerri Mandes - Kerri Mandes Fitness

My name is Kerri Mandes of Kerri Mandes Fitness. I have been a resident of Carmichael for over 31 years.
I am a Del Campo High School Alumni and 2 sport athlete. I went on to attend Cal State Hayward Eastbay, where I earned a BS in Kinesiology with an option in exercise nutrition and was also a collegiate athlete.
I have been a personal trainer, nutritionist and wellness coach for the last 22 years. Due to Covid I have run my business out of my Carmichael home for the past 2.5 years, where I converted my garage into a full blown gym and have enjoyed every minute of it.
I am a mother of two adult children and my hobbies include helping people attain their life’s goals, giving back to my community through events like the national night out and fun runs to support non profit charities. I also enjoy spending time with my 2 children and my 3 rescue dogs- 2 chihuahua’s and a chiweenie (Fred, Ricky and Lil B), gardening and getting to the beach every chance I get.
I was fortunate to have been a finalist for the “Best of Carmichael” for fitness centers and gyms.
I am excited and honored to be the 2023 Honorary Mayor of Carmichael.

The Carmichael Chamber of Commerce began on January 9, 1948. Originally called the La Fiesta District Chamber of Commerce, a small group of business owners had the task of helping the business community grow.
