We’re excited to announce the return of our Shine Awards! This is our program of annual matching funds that help jumpstart clean energy projects in your community.

Awards range from $5,000 up to $100,000. That’s some serious support to make your ideas shine!

Want to learn more? We’re hosting a series of info workshops in March, April, and May. These sessions are a great chance to get all the details, ask questions, and brainstorm your project before applications open on June 1.

What: Shine Awards Info Workshops
When:

  • Tue, April 14, 9–11 AM (virtual)
  • Fri, April 24, 10–12 PM (in person at SMUD HQ)
  • Wed, April 29, 1–3 PM (virtual)
  • Wed, May 6, 10–12 PM (virtual)
  • Tue, May 12, 10–12 PM (virtual)

Each workshop runs about 45–60 minutes, with extra time for your questions and project ideas.
