The Kiwanis Club of Carmichael Foundation is proud to announce the opening of its 2025 Community Impact Grantcycle. With a total of $15,000 available in grant funding, the Foundation invites local nonprofits, schools, and charitable organizations serving the greater Carmichael area to apply for support. Grant requests may be submitted in the amounts of $2,500, $5,000, or $7,500.

These special grants are made possible through the generous community support of annual Kiwanis events such as the Crab Feed, Taste of Carmichael, Big Day of Giving, and the club’s beloved Easter and 4th of July pancake breakfasts.

Funding Priorities Include:

• Programs and services for children and youth
• Education and career readiness
• Support for working adults and seniors
• Recreational and family-focused activities
• Classroom enrichment and school-based projects
• Health, wellness, and safety initiatives
• Environmental education
• Facility or equipment improvements
• Any effort aligned with the Kiwanis mission to serve the children of the world

• Grant Awards Announced: By the end of September 2025

The online application is simple yet thorough, requiring project details, anticipated impact, alignment with Kiwanis values, a projected budget, and supporting documentation. Applicants are encouraged to demonstrate sustainability, measurable outcomes, and a clear community benefit, with projects to be completed within 12 months of funding.
