Steven Fishbein is an experienced and trusted professional in commercial real estate, legal, financial and government matters. During his early career he served as the Legislative Coordinator and Counsel for the California Department of Consumer Affairs.  Mr. Fishbein also has a distinguished legal and civil litigation background, and is a long standing member of the State Bars of California and Arizona.  Among other positions he is now president of Stevenson Equity LLC, a California based property company.
