Sign up for a booth at Founder's Day Harvest Festival!
Join us at Carmichael’s Founder’s Harvest Festival as a vendor! The Carmichael Chamber of Commerce is now accepting applications from craft vendors, nonprofit organizations, and small businesses to showcase their goods and services at this family-friendly community event.
Booths: Each space is 10’ x 10’. Need more room? Simply reserve two booths.
What to Bring: Please bring your own tables, chairs, and pop-up tents—these are not provided.
Electricity: This is an outdoor event with no power access, and generators aren’t allowed.
Event Hours: Join us Saturday October 11th 2025 from 10am–2pm at Carmichael Park.
Set-Up: Vendors may load in from 8–9am. Vendors must be set up by 9:30am.
Food Vendors: Prepared food sales are not allowed. Only prepackaged items like honey, jams, and olive oils may be sold.
Guidelines: To keep the event fun for all, political booths and explicit content are not permitted.
Booth Spirit Awards! To keep things lively, we’ll be giving out special prizes for the Best Community Engagement Booth and A Festive Spirit Award for the Best Decorated Booth. Get creative with your displays and decorations—it’s a great way to stand out and attract visitors!
