Nominate your 2026 People of the Year
Each year the Carmichael Chamber of Commerce honors those who have given back to our community and progressed the business landscape of Carmichael; awarding individuals, organizations, and businesses in several categories.
For the 2026 year we are asking YOU to submit your nominations of whom should be honored in the following categories:
- Person of the Year : This is the most prestigious award of the year on behalf of The Carmichael Chamber of Commerce.
- Business Woman of the Year
- Business Man of the Year
- Carmichael Spirit Award: awarded to an individual OR BUSINESS that promotes community unity, positivity, and radiates the "spirit" of Carmichael.
- Nonprofit of the Year
- Carmichael Legacy Award (Awarded to a business that has been open for more than 20 years)
- New Business Award (Awarded to a business that has been open for less than 5 years)
- Public Service Award : The recipient must be employed in the public service sector such as local or regional government, local park districts, public education, EMS, police officers, etc.
- Chamber Ambassador of the Year
- Chamber Champion Award: created to recognize Chamber Philanthropy.

nominations close November 17th at 11pm.
